Payments – Domestic

Please note that a partially paid order cannot be delivered.

We require Photo ID proof (soft copy) to be sent to us for orders. * The order will be processed only after Id proof is received.

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking or UPI.

Please note that payments on Argentum Arts will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders.

In the case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted.

Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.
International Shipping Payment

All payments for product purchases must be made in USD (United States Dollars) only.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide the necessary bank account details.

Payment must be made through an international wire transfer for all international shipments
Returns and Refund Policy
Domestic Orders

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

All our Articles and Jewellery pieces are handcrafted and unique in design. Each Jewellery is studded with stones and may feature slight irregularities or imperfections—a natural result of the human touch in the crafting process. These unique characteristics are what make each piece truly one of a kind, just like you and me.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Please do not accept the package if it is delivered to you in a bad condition.

We do not accept return/exchange of products unless it is damaged during transit. If there was any damage or defect it has to be informed on the same day (1 Business Day) of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel. And if we find its a genuine damage from our end we shall proceed for Refund / Credit voucher in 7-14 Business Days

Customized orders cannot be cancelled, and the amount paid is non-refundable.
International Orders
