Articles Terms & Conditions 

  1. Guarantee does not cover any acts and mishandling of articles, which may cause breakage, Chipping of enamel and Tarnishing of silver.

  2. It is presumed that the customer has understood and consciously agreed to the product features before making the final decision to purchase and also agreed for the rates charged for the product and the method adopted in arriving at the final invoice value of the product so chosen.

  3. Taxes & other levies as applicable.

  4. If Payment is made by cheque or demand draft, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization of the instrument amount.

  5. Acceptance of sales memo and acceptance of article certifies that articles are in good condition.

  6. Copy of Pan Card is compulsory above purchase of Rupee two lakhs.

  7. Copy of address proof like Aadhar card is compulsory.

  8. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.

  9. Argentum Arts reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.


Jewellery Terms & Conditions

  1. No Return, No colour Guarantee, No warranty.

  2. Cash / Articles will not be given against Jewellery Exchange.

  3. Argentum Arts is not responsible for any loss due to mishandling of ornaments for breakage, scratches, colour, falling of stones.

  4. Please ensure that this Invoice accompanies the Jewellery for all further transactions.

  5. We declare that this Invoice shows the actual price of the goods described and that all particulars are true

  6. Copy of Pan Card is compulsory above purchase of Rupee two lakhs.

  7. Copy of address proof like Aadhar card is compulsory.

  8. Subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction Only.

  9. Argentum Arts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions any time without prior notice.

  10. No exchange shall be made without the original Invoice copy.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • The terms shall be goverened by and constructed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian legal standards

 

Jewellery Care:

1. Avoid perfumes in contact with Jewellery

2. Do not wear while sweating.

3. Do not clean with chemicals.

4. Store in plastic box when not in use.

5. Avoid velvet box.
