  • Once product availability is confirmed by our team, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. However, some orders may take 1–3 business days to dispatch.

  • If there is any customization or expected delay, our team will notify you with further details.

  • Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • We offer 100% safe and secure delivery across India.


Delivery Time

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you the shipping details via WhatsApp and SMS, allowing you to track your shipment easily.

  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination, typically ranging from 2 to 15 business days.

  • We will keep you informed of the estimated delivery timeline throughout the process.

Pincode Serviceability:

We deliver to most pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will get in touch to arrange an alternative solution.


Delivery Issues:

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will make up to three attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to us.

Please note that delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any such delays.

Documents:

  • ID Proof, Delivery Address and Payment Confirmation Receipt.


Insurance:

  • All products are fully insured by us until they are delivered to you, ensuring your purchase is 100% safe.

  • An unboxing video is required to process any damage claims. Please ensure the video clearly shows the unopened package and the unpacking process.


Changes to Shipping Policy 

Custom-designed products and furniture-based items will take 50–70 days to manufacture. Therefore, delivery will only be arranged once the item is ready for dispatch.
